Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, reversals, and cancellations are handled on the OIZPAY mobile application and website (https://ofna.in). By using our services, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

1. Wallet Balance Policy

Any balance available in the OIZPAY Wallet is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Wallet balance can only be used for:

  • Mobile Recharge
  • DTH / Bill Payments
  • Payout or transfer services (if enabled)

Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred to bank, or refunded on user request.

2. Recharge / Bill Payment Refunds

If a recharge or bill payment transaction fails due to technical reasons or operator failure:

  • The deducted amount will be refunded
  • Refund will be credited only to the OIZPAY Wallet
  • No cash or bank refund is applicable for such cases

Refunds for failed recharges are usually processed automatically within 24 to 72 hours.

3. Successful Transactions

Once a recharge, bill payment, or payout is marked as successful, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

Users are advised to verify all details (mobile number, operator, amount, etc.) before confirming a transaction.

4. Wallet Load / Add Money Refund

In case a wallet load (Add Money) transaction fails:

  • The amount will be refunded to the original bank account
  • Refund mode depends on the payment method used
  • No wallet credit will be done for failed wallet loads

Bank refunds may take 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Partial / Delayed Refunds

In rare cases, refunds may be delayed due to operator issues, banking delays, or technical verification. If you do not receive a refund within the expected time, please contact our support team.

6. Fraud & Misuse

OIZPAY reserves the right to withhold or deny refunds if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • User violates Terms & Conditions
  • Multiple suspicious transactions are identified

7. Changes to This Policy

OIZPAY may update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated policy.
